Popular questions

A “stem” refers to a single row of sound or instrument in your music-making programs (DAW) such as Logic or Pro Tools.

Sometimes stems are referred to as tracks, which can get confusing as the entire project or song is also on occasion referred to as a track.

The below example is of 8 stems.                                            The below example is of 6 stereo stems.

In order to work on your music, we will need your song files in the form of stems or full session files.span style=”font-family: Lato; font-size: 18px; color: #ffffff;”>You can choose to send your song files and mixing either:

Option A. During the checkout process

Option B. After you have ordered and spoken to a member of the team, which you may feel more comfortable doing.

You will be given these 2 options again when completing your order at checkout.

A revision is a term used to describe a round of changes you may want to make after your mix has been delivered.

This can be any part of the mix and will usually be due to personal preference, which is why we include a revision round free with each mix package to ensure you are fully happy with your final mix.

Each revision round is limited to 6 separate changes. This is to ensure it is a speedy process and to give some protection to the engineers time after the initial mix has been delivered.

We can discuss what you are looking for and which package would be the best match for your song.
